Logistics are a key part of our success, and ensuring your goods arrive with you on time and in perfect condition is key. We know the importance of maintaining good stock levels and meeting client/consumer demands as they arise. Whatever your requirement please do not hesitate to contact us to find out more.
Delivery Times: Orders received before 3.30pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched that day for over night delivery. Our carrier is Royal Mail and we use the Recorded Signed For First Class Delivery method. There is the option to use the Special Next Day Delivery at checkout, if you wish to ensure your item arrives the next day. For heavier items, you can select to us the RM Standard Parcels option. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If we are unable to dispatch Special Delivery orders within 24 hours, we will contact you to offer an alternative item or an alternative delivery date. Once orders have reached the packing/process stage, we are unable cancel. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
Carriage : UK Mainland Carriage: will be calculated individually on weight, eg. 1 shawl is £3.49, 2 shawls is £3.99, 3 shawls is £4.49 etc. Orders with a total value of £75 or more ship for FREE. This offer excludes items with an individual weight of 1Kg or more.
The following carriage charges apply to International orders. We use the International Signed For option. A signature will be required on delivery.
