PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

To return an order:
No quibble guarantee! Simply return the goods using the instructions given below. We exchange/refund for any reason so don't worry if you have simply changed your mind. If your item is faulty, we will refund the postage costs as well. Please note, however, we check all items before dispatch for defaults. If an item is damaged in transit, please return it using the instructions given below and we will send you a replacement item. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt. This does not apply to items which can not be returned for hygiene reasons. Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase. Postage & packaging costs are non-refundable.

To return an item, please use the following procedure. Firstly, notify us that you wish to return an item from your order, you do this by contacting our returns dept. - returns@h4heaven.co.uk. When emailing, please state the following:-

1. The Order#
2. The item# of the item you are returning.
3. State the reason for the return.
4. State whether an exchange is required or if you would like a refund.

We will reply to your email with an RMA number, you will need to write this number on your invoice when returning the item.

1. Return the Despatch Note with the RMA number written on it, this must be included with the goods.
2. Take the parcel to a Post Office. You will be issued with a Certificate of Postage (request this), which should be retained until the refund is processed.

Once the item is received, we will update the RMA system and process your credit/refund/exchange as is applicable.

Exchanges are normally carried out the same day we receive your item back. Refunds/Credits are carried out by our Accounts Dept. please allow up to 21 days for refunds/credit notes (or 14 days for sale items).

Once you have received an RMA number from us, please return unsuitable goods via post to the following address:

Items returned in an unfit for resale condition will either be returned to you or a fee for damages will be applied to the credit given so please ensure you fold the returned items in the same manner in which they were sent to you, use the same folds. Items smelling of cigarette smoke and perfume will be returned to you.

We offer many discounts throughout the store and also offer free postage when you spend £70 or more on shawls. If any items are returned from an order, this will affect the discounts and the free postage offer. Please bear this in mind. To keep your discounts and freepost offer, it is better to exchange an item instead.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a H4HEAVEN.CO.UK product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, H4HEAVEN.CO.UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. H4HEAVEN.CO.UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, H4HEAVEN.CO.UK shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by H4HEAVEN.CO.UK without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
